The Accounts Payable Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining compliance with financial policies, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and data entry into the accounting system.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries and resolve issues.Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable.Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with nonprofit financial policies and procedures.Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
